My advanced training related to the immune system addresses inflammation and the body’s immune response.  This involves working in partnership with cells to facilitate deeper healing and understanding.

Langara College, Vancouver, BC

I received certification in Cranial Sacral Therapy from Langara College in 2008.  I was a Teaching Assistant and a Student Clinic Supervisor for the Cranial Sacral Therapy program at Langara College.

I began my Energy Field Integration training in 2011 through The Way of the Heart™.  Since that time, I have continued to upgrade my skills and have received advanced training in this type of field work.

I am currently working toward certification in Equine Facilitated Learning through Equine Facilitated Wellness – Canada (EFW-CAN).

In 2013, I became the first and only certified Dolphin Energy Practitioner™ in Canada.  I received my training and certification from Linda Shay of Dolphin Heart World.  In order to become a certified Dolphin Energy Practitioner, I completed a detailed certification process and received a series of Dolphin Attunements.

I continue to refresh the Dolphin Attunements and Dolphin Star Attunements I have received, bringing an added depth to the Dolphin Energy work that I do.

I am a Life Coach trained through Martha Beck, Inc.  Martha Beck, Ph.D. is a world-renowned Master Life Coach, author, teacher, speaker and sociologist.

I am a third degree Usui Reiki Practitioner.  I received my first Reiki attunement in 1991.

In 2000, I became a certified Tellington TTouch Practitioner for Companion Animals.  I received my training from Robyn Hood of TTEAM Canada.

I completed formal training in the Bach Flower Remedies from The Bach Centre in England.  

I am a certified Energy Medicine Practitioner (2003) through Pacific Essences.

I have been creating my own flower and vibrational essences for over 15 years. I am in the process of developing a set of essences called Inner Spirit Essences™.
